- I have clients who have this problem. Try sitting on a pillow or a folded up towel to give you more height – and then put your hand way under you between the pillow/towel and whatever you’re sitting on.
i think it doesn’t work for me. I have longer arms and when i put them under like the video shows, my arm is not stretched and i don’t feel the relieve that i was looking for. But thanks anyway
i figured that i had this pain because i hold my head wrong but im very tall so its dificult for me to see everythin while im holding it right, i think i need to get used to it
